Finding a family doctor can take some time, as availability is limited. However, once a doctor becomes available, we will contact you directly if you are on the waitlist. We appreciate your patience and want to assure you that we will reach out as soon as there is an opportunity to connect you with a provider.

Please do not submit a request if you already have a family doctor with us. Due to the surging demand for family physicians in Ontario, we are prioritizing patients who currently do not have a family doctor.
